Like in any major company with a well-developed performance review process, schools will need to establish clear outcomes (test score improvements need to be a major one, there are others) to assess and help improve teacher performance.

Students have regular formative assessments-why shouldn't teachers? The question is, who is developing a credible and useful performance review system?
